Frequently asked questions about gyms for schools
Does a modular school gym need building work?
No. It is placed on the ground of the playground or the area chosen by the school; it requires no civil works or foundations, and the school year carries on as normal.
How much playground space does a modular gym take up?
About 15 m² of ground, with a footprint of 6.10 by 2.44 metres. The area must also be accessible for the truck that unloads it with its crane.
How many students can train at the same time?
Around 20 at once. It also works for small groups or free use during break time.
Can it be used for Physical Education classes?
It fits them well: the equipment lets students work on strength, endurance and mobility in sessions led by teachers, and outside school hours it serves extracurricular activities.
What equipment does the school gym include?
Functional training machines and equipment, plus interior lighting. It is delivered ready for students to use on the same day.
How long does it take to install a gym at a school?
Delivery takes no more than 30 calendar days after the order is confirmed, once the school’s space has been validated. A traditional construction project is measured in months.
Does the school gym work without an electricity connection?
It can: with the solar power option no new connection is needed, which is useful if the chosen area of the playground has no power outlet.
Is it also suitable for universities and sports training centres?
Yes. As well as schools, it suits universities and sports training schools, such as DXT Formación Deportiva in Seville, whose students train in theirs.
Can a second Supercubo Pro be added later?
When demand grows, another module is installed in an available space; in Málaga, Vals Sport already runs three.
